I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A VILLA BEFORE, WHY CHOOSE A VILLA RATHER THAN A HOTEL?
A Villa is a much more personal choice, with all home from home requirements such as a living area, kitchen and dining area in addition to the bedrooms there is also a games room with fun and games for all the family from pool to air hockey. As the villas have 5 bedrooms it is much cheaper than paying for several hotel rooms. Our villas per night work out at a fraction of the cost. My villas also offer you your own private pool. Parking is no issue either as there is a large driveway.

DO I NEED TO BRING TOWELS OR BED LINEN?
No our villas are fully furnished and include all towels and bed linen. The kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you will need for your holiday. Our Properties page have detailed information about the facilities within each property click here for more information.

ARE THERE TV'S AND/OR DVD PLAYERS WITHIN THE PROPERTIES?
YES There is a large screen TV, VCR, DVD Player and CD Stereo in the main lounge. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV and DVD player. All TV's are equipped to receive cable and you get over 180 channels in the master bedroom and lounge and over 90 channels in all other bedrooms and games room.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES BOOKING DIRECT WITH YOU?
As I own my Villas there are no middle men taking a percentage meaning you get the most cost effective . You can also see the exact villa that you will be staying in and its individual furnishings so there are no surprises when you arrive. References from our Florida Management company are available should you require any reassurance.

HOW WOULD I GO ABOUT BOOKING YOUR VILLAS?
I would suggest you emailed us at web@floridasunsetvillas.com or and let us know the property and dates you are interested in alternatively you can go the our enquiry form and fill out the details and this will allow us to check availability. Once this initial contact has been made we would email you a Booking From for you to print, fill out and send back to us along with you non refundable deposit of £200.00. Once we have received your deposit we will send you out a booking confirmation.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY PAYMENT DUE?
The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. This will include the security deposit and the cost of pool heating if it is required. Once this payment has been received we will send your final booking confirmation together with full directions.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The deposit is £150.00 regardless of the length of your stay and is fully refundable within 14 days of when you leave the property assuming there is no damage to the villa. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible.

DO I REALLY REQUIRE POOL HEATING?
Generally speaking pool heating is not required May to September. If you decide that you would like pool heating this can be arranged at the time of booking, the cost is £75.00 per week. However if you choose not to have pool heat and you change your mind once you are there our management company can arrange this for you and this is payable locally at a daily rate.

WHERE DO I COLLECT THE KEY TO OUR VACATION HOME?
The key will be available at the villa 24 hours a day so there is no need to worry about collecting the key from a 3rd party. Full details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

WHAT IS SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
Our villa is managed by a local management company who operate a 24 hour emergency free number. So if you do encounter a problem there is no need to worry as help is at hand.
